Implemented Back to school program for learners that were out of school leading to admission of 22,624 learners in APBET institutions between the year 2017-2019. The program included:

i. Distribution of back to school kits for needy children to facilitate school enrollment.
ii. Avail partial scholarships for selected children
iii. Improved school sanitation by adopting UNICEF “WASH” strategy to support school hygiene and boost attendance especially for girls.
iv. Improve the skills of stakeholders on the child friendly-standards model to enhance retention.
v. Empowered the members of APBET CSAK to aid the registration of their member schools by the Ministry of Education to enable them access FPE capitation.
